1. Who we are

Treli is a workout-tracking platform made of two sibling apps — the client app and the trainer app (“Treli Personal”) — and related services (together, the“Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], registered under CNPJ [CNPJ], headquartered at [ADDRESS] (“Treli”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Registration information must be truthful and kept up to date.

3. Trainer–client relationship

The Service facilitates communication and workout prescription between trainers and clients. Treli does not provide personal training, medical or nutritional advice and is not responsible for the content of prescriptions created by trainers. The professional relationship is established directly between trainer and client.

4. Health and responsibility

Physical exercise involves risk. Consult a health professional before starting any program. Use of the Service is at your own risk; Treli is not liable for injuries, damages or outcomes arising from physical activity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization;
• submit offensive, misleading or infringing content;
• interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., workouts, assessment photos, measurements). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Intellectual property

The Treli software, brand, logos and visual identity belong to Treli and may not be copied or used without authorization.

8. Plans and payments

Paid features, when available, will have prices and terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the app stores (App Store, Google Play) are also subject to those platforms’ rules.

9. Cancellation and termination

You may close your account at any time (seeDelete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treli is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with venue in [CITY/STATE], except where consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
